- For Senior Scientist : Ph.D in Geology/Applied Geology/ Inorganic/Analytical/Chemistry with two years research/industrial experience in Relevent Discipline or Ph.D in Mining/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/Chemical Engineering with B.E/B.Tech in Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/Civil Engineering.
- For Scientist : PhD submitted in Organic/Physical/Applied Chemistry (Candidates must possess M.Sc degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic/Physical Chemistry or M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry) or M.E./M.Tech in Mining/Rock Mechanics/Mine Safety Engineering/Safety Engineering & Disaster Management/Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 17.08.2015
- For Senior Scientist : 37 years
- For For Scientist : 32 year
Application Fee : Candidates Have to Pay Rs.100 through Demand Draft of any nationalized bank preferably on State Bank of India and valid for at least 3 months in favour of The Director, Central Institute of Mining & Fuel Research payable at Dhanbad.
